Privilege Club Membership Agreement

Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, as specified on the Privilege Club web-site, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.

Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates.

2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best available rate • Valid at all participating hotels.

Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.

3. Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating outlets, as specified on the Privilege Club web-site • Discount shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities • Not valid during Happy Hour

4. Lounge, Lobby and Bar Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty five percent (25%) discount on food for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating lounges and bars • Discount shall not apply to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) all beverages

5. Pastry Shop Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on all take away cakes and breads purchased at Cappuccino’s Lobby Café, at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi only • Discount will not apply to food and beverage retail items offered at the Cappuccino’s Lobby Café.

6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Privilege Club Certificates, valid at the specified hotel, containing the following certificates, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:

Certificates valid at InterContinental Abu Dhabi

a. 3 x AED 100 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Three (3) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.

b. 1 x AED 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50), for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.

c. 1 x AED 25 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of twenty five Dirhams (AED 25), for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.

d. 2 x House Wine Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary bottle of house wine, to be enjoyed when dining at any participating outlet.

e. 1 x House Wine Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house sparkling (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), to be enjoyed when dining at any participating outlet.

Certificates valid at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi

a. 3 x AED 100 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Three (3) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) each, for full or part payment of accommodation or food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.

b. 1 x AED 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50), for full or part payment of accommodation or food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.

c. 1 x AED 25 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of twenty five Dirhams (AED 25), for full or part payment of accommodation or food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.

d. 1 x Stay Fit Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a fifteen percent (15%) discount on the annual Powerfit Health Club membership fee for up to two (2) people.

e. 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category. Valid for up to three (3) consecutive nights stay.

f. 1 x Saturday Brunch Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a fifty percent (50%) discount on a Saturday Brunch for two (2) people.

g. 1 x House Wine Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine, to be enjoyed when dining at any participating outlet. Only valid for the first two (2) months from purchase of membership.

h. 1 x Birthday/Anniversary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday/anniversary cake when there are two (2) or more people dining at any participating outlet.

i. 1 x Suite Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary upgrade to a Suite for a stay of up to three (3) consecutive nights.

j. 2 x Banquet & Catering Bookers Reward Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for one (1) complimentary dinner for two (2) people on a minimum spend of 10,000 AED OR one (1) complimentary dinner for four (4) people on a minimum spend of 20,000 AED OR one (1) complimentary ‘Dine & Stay’ for two (2) people on a minimum spend of 50,000 AED on the purchase of any banqueting or catering function that has been held and paid for.

k. 1 x ‘Heroes Friday Roast’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary ‘Heroes Friday Roast’  on the purchase of another ‘Heroes Friday Roast’ when two (2) people are dining, at Heroes Sports Bar. • Valid for redemption from September 1st through until June 30th.

l. 1 X ‘Cigar Evening’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a twenty five (25%) discount on a cigar evening for two (2) people at The Piano Bar. For use at special promotional nights as specified by the hotel.

m. 1 X ‘Gourmet Evening’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a twenty five (25%) discount on a gourmet evening for two (2) people. For use at special promotional nights as specified by the hotel.

7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-Transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) certificate for:

• One (1) complimentary bottle of house sparkling to be enjoyed when dining, at InterContinental Abu Dhabi
  OR
• One (1) complimentary brunch/lunch buffet for two (2) people or one (1) complimentary bottle of house sparkling to be enjoyed when dining at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi.

Conditions: Complimentary brunch/lunch does not include beverages • Bottle may not be removed from restaurant • A maximum of two such certificates per Member per year.

8. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable): Member shall receive one (1) complimentary Spouse Membership. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
