Privilege Club Membership Agreement
InterContinental Doha Privilege Club Membership Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, as specified in the Privilege Club web-site, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates.
2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best flex rate • Valid at all participating hotels.
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
3. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating restaurants, as specified in the Privilege Club web-site • Discount shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
4. Lounge, Lobby and Bar Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a twenty five percent (25%) discount on food for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating lounges, as specified in the Privilege Club web-site • Discount shall not apply to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (c) all beverages.
5. Laundry Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all laundry and dry cleaning services.
6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Privilege Club Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at InterContinental Doha, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
i. 7 x QAR 100 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Seven (7) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 100) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 300) per visit.
ii. 1 x QAR 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Qatari Riyals (QAR 50), for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 300) per visit.
iii. 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or choice of soft drink to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining. Only valid for the first two (2) months from purchase of Membership.
iv. 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or choice of soft drink to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining.
v. 3 x Complimentary Glasses of Sparkling Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Transferable): Three (3) certificates for a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or choice of soft drink when dining at Sultan Ibrahim or Mykonos Restaurant.
vi. 1 x Birthday or Anniversary Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2lb) / one kilogram (1kg) birthday/anniversary cake when there are four (4) or more people dining.
vii. 1 x Wedding Banquet Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a ten percent (10%) discount, up to a maximum of one thousand five hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 1500), on any wedding banqueting or catering function.
viii. 1 x Banquet Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a ten percent (10%) discount, up to a maximum of one thousand five hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 1500), on any conference or banqueting function.
ix. 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category for up to three (3) consecutive nights stay.
x. 1 x Suite Upgrade Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary upgrade to a Suite for a stay of up to two (2) consecutive nights.
xi. 2 x Early Check-in/Late Check-out Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for an early check-in at 10.00 am and a late check-out at 3.00 pm.
xii. 2 x Pool & Beach Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary day visit to enjoy the hotel’s pool and Beach facilities for two (2) people. Not valid on Fridays.
7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable):
Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people valid at Mykonos or The Cafe Restaurant OR one (1) three (3) course lunch for two (2) people valid in Za Moda OR one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed when two (2) or more people are dining.
Conditions: Complimentary lunch buffet / three (3) course lunch does not include beverages • Bottle may not be removed from restaurant • Lunch buffet valid at is only valid at Mykonos or The Cafe Restaurant • Three (3) course lunch only valid at Za Moda •A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership term.
8. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable):
Member shall receive two (2) cash certificates, to the value of fifty Qatari Riyals (QAR 50) each, for part or full payment of food and beverages. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 300) per visit.
9. Spouse Membership (Non-Transferable):
Members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
