InterContinental Doha Privilege Club Membership Agreement

Use of the membership card and/or any certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

1. Dining & Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable):

1. Dining Benefit: Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, for breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.
   
2. Beverage Benefit: Member shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people.

Members shall receive a discount of ten (10%) only on the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant

Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The dining & beverage discount shall not be applied (a) to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) to orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) to discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program (d) to meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates and (e) during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day (f) and during Friday Brunch (a flat 10% discount will apply only)

2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best flex rate • Valid at all participating hotels.

Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.

3. Laundry Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all laundry and dry cleaning services.

4. Bay Club Benefit (Non-transferable): As a Privilege Club member a special discount of a fifteen percent (15%) discount is available for Privilege Club Members wishing to purchase a Bay Club Memberships (for use of Gym, Sauna, Pool and Beach access)

5. CLUBHOTEL Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a variety of benefits at participating hotels outside the Qatar, upon presenting their CLUBHOTEL membership card • CLUBHOTEL membership provides exceptional dining and room benefits at over 700 luxurious hotels in 50 countries and over 420 cities around the world • Visit www.clubhotel.com for more information

6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Privilege Club Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at InterContinental Doha, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:

1. 7 x QAR 100 Cash Certificate (Non-Transferable): Seven (7) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 100) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage • Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 300) per visit • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
2. 1 x QAR 50 Cash Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Qatari Riyals (QAR 50), for full or part payment of food and beverage • Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 300) per visit • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
3. 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or choice of soft drink to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining • Maximum of six (6) complimentary soft drinks • Valid at any participating restaurant • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day • Only valid for the first two (2) months from purchase of Membership.
4. 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or choice of soft drink to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining • Maximum of six (6) complimentary soft drinks • Valid at any participating restaurant • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
5. 3 x Complimentary Glasses of Sparkling Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Transferable): Three (3) certificates for a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or choice of soft drink when dining at Fish Market or Mykonos Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
6. 1 x Birthday or Anniversary Cake Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2lb) / one kilogram (1kg) birthday/anniversary cake when there are four (4) or more people dining • Valid in any participating restaurant • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
7. 1 x Wedding Banquet Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a ten percent (10%) discount, up to a maximum of one thousand five hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 1500), on any wedding banqueting or catering function • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
8. 1 x Banquet Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a ten percent (10%) discount, up to a maximum of one thousand five hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 1500), on any conference or banqueting function • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
9. 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category for up to three (3) consecutive nights stay • Subject to advance reservation and upgraded room availability • Valid on paid rooms only • Not valid in conjunction with Cash Certificates • Not valid during Eid El Fitr and Eid Al Adha.
10. 1 x Suite Upgrade Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary upgrade to a Suite for a stay of up to two (2) consecutive nights • Subject to advance reservation and upgraded Suite availability • Not valid during Eid El Fitr and Eid Al Adha.
11. 2 x Early Check-in/Late Check-out Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for an early check-in at 10.00 am and a late check-out at 3.00 pm • Not valid during Eid El Fitr and Eid Al Adha.
12. 1 x Pool & Beach Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary day visit to enjoy the hotel’s pool and beach facilities for two (2) people • Not valid on Fridays • Not valid during Eid El Fitr and Eid Al Adha.
13. 1 x Pool & Beach Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary day visit to enjoy the hotel’s pool and beach facilities for two (2) people • Not valid on Fridays • Not valid during Eid El Fitr and Eid Al Adha.

7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) complimentary lunch or dinner buffet for two (2) people valid at The Cafe Restaurant.

Conditions: Complimentary lunch or dinner buffet does not include beverages • Valid at The Cafe Restaurant only • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day • A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership term.

8. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable): Member shall receive two (2) cash certificates, to the value of fifty Qatari Riyals (QAR 50) each, for part or full payment of food and beverages. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 300) per visit • Valid at Paloma and The Café Restaurant only • Not valid during the Friday Brunch at The Café Restaurant • Not valid during Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.

9. Spouse Membership (Non-Transferable): Members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
