Privilege Club Membership Agreement

Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

1. Dining Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, lounges and bars, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.

Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities will be applied on the net amount after discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program; (c) all beverages; (d) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates and (e) Shisha

2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best flex rate • Valid at all participating hotels and resorts

NOTE: Member rate shall be non-transferable at Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea, InterContinental Aqaba Resort and Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa

Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.

3. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating restaurants, lounges and bars • Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities will be applied on the net amount after discount • The discount shall not be applied to (a) discounted beverage specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program

4. Entrance Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the entrance to the health club, beach and spa facilities, for up to a maximum group size of six (6) people • Discount shall not apply on Fridays

5. Health Club Membership Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the annual membership fee for up to two (2) people at Hotel’s Health Club • Subject to approval from Health Club Management

6. CLUBHOTEL Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a variety of benefits at participating hotels outside Jordan and Palestine, upon presenting their CLUBHOTEL membership card • CLUBHOTEL membership provides exceptional dining and room benefits at over 700 luxurious hotels in 50 countries and over 420 cities around the world • Visit www.clubhotel.com for more information

7. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Privilege Club Certificates valid at specified hotels/resorts in Jordan and Palestine, containing the following certificates, with terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 8 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Certificate (Transferable): Eight (8) certificates to enjoy the second night free, when paying for the first night, at the best available rate • Subject to availability of allocated rooms • Valid for two (2) consecutive nights only • One (1) certificate valid at each participating hotel
b. 1 x Lunch Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to enjoy a fifty percent (50%) discount off the total lunch bill, when a minimum of four (4) to a maximum of ten (10) people are dining • Valid at any participating hotel/resort
c. 1 x Birthday or Anniversary Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2lb) / one kilogram (1kg) birthday or anniversary cake for up to ten (10) people, when two (2) or more people are dining • Valid at any participating hotel/resort
d. 3 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): Three (3) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category, when paying at member’s preferred rate • Valid for up to three (3) consecutive nights • One (1) certificate each valid at any participating InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotel/resort
e. 2 x Health Club/Outdoor Pool Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates to enjoy a complimentary day visit to the hotel’s Health Club and outdoor pool facilities for two (2) people • Valid at any participating hotel/resort • Not valid on Fridays • Not valid during public holidays at InterContinental Aqaba Resort, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa and Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea

8. Referral Benefit (Non-Transferable): Upon submission of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for any such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) cash certificate to the value of fifty Jordanian Dinars (JOD 50), for full or part payment of any food item only• Including applicable taxes and service charges • A maximum of one (1) certificates per Member per term

9. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable): In appreciation of a membership renewal, Member shall receive:
a. One (1) complimentary Spouse Membership Card: Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member
b. 1 x Complimentary Pool and Beach Entrance Certificate: One (1) certificate for a complimentary one (1) day entrance to enjoy the pool and beach facilities, for up to two (2) people, at Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa • Not valid on Fridays • Complimentary entry is subject to advance booking
c. 1 x Complimentary Breakfast Buffet Certificate: One (1) certificate to enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet for two (2) people at any participating restaurant • Valid at Crowne Plaza Amman, Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa and InterContinental Aqaba Resort
