InterContinental Al Ain Privilege Club Membership Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates.
2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best flex rate • Valid at all participating hotels.
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
3. Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable): Twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating restaurants • Discount shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
4. Lounge, Lobby and Bar Benefit (Non-Transferable): Twenty five percent (25%) discount on food for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating lounges and bars • Discount shall not apply to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) all beverages.
5. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Privilege Club Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at InterContinental Al Ain, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a) 7 x AED 100 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Seven (7) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Dirhams (AED100) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.
b) 1 x AED 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50), for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.
c) 2 x House Wine Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary bottle of house wine, to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining. Only valid for the first two (2) months from purchase of Membership. Valid at The Wok only.
d) 1 x House Wine Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine, to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining. Valid at Luce only.
e) 1 x Friday Brunch Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a fifty percent (50%) discount on a Friday Brunch for two (2) people, when a minimum of four (4) to a maximum of ten (10) people are dining.
f) 1 x Birthday Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday cake when there are four (4) or more people dining.
g) 1 x Anniversary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) anniversary cake when there are four (4) or more people dining.
h) 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category.
i) 1 x Suite Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary upgrade to a Suite or Club Room for a stay of up to three (3) consecutive nights.
j) 2 x “3 nights for 2” Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates to get the third night free, when the first two (2) nights are paid for at members preferred rate.
k) 2 x Health Club/Outdoor Pool Certificate (Non-Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary day visit pass to enjoy the hotel’s Health Club and Outdoor Pool facilities for up to four (4) people.
l) 2 x Stay Fit Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a fifteen percent (15%) discount on the annual InterFitness Health Club Membership Fee for up to two (2) people.
m) 8 x Laundry Certificate (Transferable): Eight (8) certificates for a thirty percent (30%) discount on all laundry and dry cleaning services when a resident guest at the hotel.
6. Referral Benefit (Non-Transferable):
Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership one (1) complimentary brunch/lunch buffet for two (2) people or one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed when dining.
Conditions: Complimentary Brunch/Lunch does not include beverages • Bottle may not be removed from restaurant • Valid in any participating restaurant • A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership term.
7. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable):
Member shall receive two (2) cash certificates to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50) each, for part or full payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.
8. Spouse Membership (Non-Transferable):
Members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
