Privilege Club Membership Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, as specified on the Privilege Club web-site, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates
2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best flex rate on week days and a fifteen percent (15%) discount off the best flex rate during weekends (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy. Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
3. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating restaurants, as specified on the Privilege Club web-site • Discount shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
4. Pastry Shop Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on all take-away cakes, pastries and breads purchased at Cappuccino’s • Discount will not apply to food and beverage retail items offered at the Cappuccino’s • Discount will increase to fifty percent (50%) after 6.00 pm; not valid for pre-ordered items.
5. Stay Fit Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on any annual membership fee for up to two (2) people at Nautilus Fitness Centre.
Conditions: Discount can be applied for new or renewal of Nautilus Fitness Centre Membership fee • Subject to approval from Health Club Management.
6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Privilege Club Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at Crowne Plaza Dubai, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 7 x AED 100 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Seven (7) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.
b. 1 x AED 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50), for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of three hundred Dirhams (AED 300) per visit.
c. 1 x Al Tannour Complimentary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary bottle of house wine OR four (4) soft drinks, when there are four (4) or more people dining at Al Tannour Lebanese Restaurant.
d. 1 x Complimentary House Wine OR Soft Drinks Certificate (Transferable): One (1) complimentary bottle of house wine OR four (4) soft drinks, when there are four (4) or more people dining at any participating restaurant.
e. 1 X Complimentary Glass of Wine OR Appetizer Certificate (Transferable): One (1) complimentary glass of wine at Oscar’s OR one (1) complimentary appetizer when ordering a main course at Western Steakhouse.
f. 1 X Complimentary Glass of Wine OR Soft Drinks Certificate (Transferable): One (1) complimentary glass of wine at Oscar’s OR two (2) complimentary soft drinks at Cappuccino’s.
g. 1 X Harvester’s Pub Complimentary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary bucket of six (6) small bottles of beer OR one (1) complimentary main course on the purchase of another one (1) main course at Harvester’s Pub.
h. 1 x Cappuccino’s Complimentary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary coffee for each slice of cake ordered at Cappuccino’s.
i. 1 x Al Dana Complimentary Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a thirty-five percent (35%) discount on the total food & beverage bill on the Friday Lunch when a minimum of four (4) people are dining at Al Dana Restaurant.
j. 1 X Wagamama Complimentary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary dessert for each main course ordered when a minimum of four (4) people are dining at Wagamama.
k. 1 X Western Steakhouse Complimentary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary dessert for each main course ordered when a minimum of four (4) people are dining at Western Steakhouse.
l. 1 x Complimentary Birthday Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary two pound (2Ib) / one kilogram (1kg) birthday cake when two (2) people or more are dining at any participating restaurant.
m. 1 x Western Steakhouse Complimentary Anniversary Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) complimentary two pound (2Ib) / one kilogram (1kg) anniversary cake when two (2) people or more are dining at Western Steakhouse.
n. 2 x Stay Fit Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a thirty percent (30%) discount on any semi-annual membership fee for up to two (2) people at Nautilus Fitness Centre.
o. 1 x Half Day Health Club Visit (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a half day visit pass to enjoy the Nautilus Fitness Centre Facilities for up to two (2) people at a nominal fee of seventy-five Dirhams (AED 75) per person.
p. 1 X Full Day Health Club Visit (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a full day visit pass to enjoy the Nautilus Fitness Centre Facilities for up to two (2) people at a nominal fee of one hundred and fifty Dirhams (AED 150) per person.
7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people OR one (1) bottle of house wine to be enjoyed when dining at Al Dana Restaurant.
Conditions: Complimentary Lunch does not include beverages • Bottle may not be removed from restaurant • A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership term.
8. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable):
a. Member shall receive two (2) Cash Certificates to the value of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) each, for part or full payment of food and beverage.
b. Member shall receive one (1) complimentary Spouse Membership Card. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
9. Online Benefit (Non-Transferable): Member shall receive a fifty Dirham (AED 50) discount off the purchase price when renewing Privilege Club membership on-line.
Conditions: Not including delivery costs • Must be purchased online 2 weeks prior to the expiry date of current membership.
10. Spouse Membership (Non-Transferable): A new member will have the option to purchase one (1) “Spouse Membership”. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
